The daily rate is for 2 adults except our Two Bedroom Cabin which is for 3 adults. All cabins include linen.

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (Au$’s) and include all taxes and levies (GST).

Refunds & Cancellations:

When a cancellation occurs 7 days or more prior to arrival, a $20 administration fee will be incurred. If cancelling within 7 days of due arrival, NO REFUND will be given. If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. No refunds will be given for early departures. The Opal Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel a booking for "no shows".

Affordable Accommodation

No rig is too big for our park! We offer large and roomy drive-thru powered sites, spacious drive-thru ensuite sites and plenty of options for unpowered camping. Our amenities are clean and roomy.

Self-contained accommodation

Our self-contained cabin accommodation is very well appointed, with everything you could possibly need whilst on holidays! All cabin prices include linen. Perfect for families, groups or couples, we have a range to choose from. We also have cabins suitable for disability access - enquire when booking.

Extending Your Stay

Many people extend their stay in Lightning Ridge, as there is so much to see and do. To make this as hassle free as possible, notify Reception as soon as possible. The latest you can notify us is 9am the day you wish to extend. However, if another person has made a booking on that site, you may have to move if there is no other solution.

Pre-Booked Sites & Cabins

Whilst every effort is made to keep you on a preferred site or cabin location, the Opal Caravan Park reserves the right to change your site or cabin number if it is deemed necessary.
